WIVAMAC® builds high-quality, affordable and easy-to-use copying machines for the precise production of small series of reproductions of various sculptures.
WIVAMAC® copying machines make it easy to create exact copies of existing original works or models. Converting 2D profiles into 3D representations or models, including mirror copies, is possible in just a few minutes without the need for special tools. The smallest model, the KPB2545, is offered here as a tabletop model.
Advantages:
- Laser-treated and welded steel tubes ensure stable operation.
- Specially ground shafts and ball bushings with dust-tight and adjustable counterweights make the copy carriage particularly smooth and virtually maintenance-free.
- Precision chains for synchronous rotation of the 3D model.
- The milling and scanning parts share a common support with freedom of movement at a specific angle. This allows even hard-to-reach areas to be machined.
- Using a multiplex plate, the machine can be converted from a 3D plate copying machine into a 2D plate copying or surface milling machine in just a few minutes and with simple tools.
- The KPB can also be used to produce models of any other objects, such as machine parts for prototypes, packaging, and other purposes.
Each machine is equipped with a standard 8 mm collet chuck, which can accommodate milling heads with various cutting diameters. A corresponding measuring probe is integrated into the probe tips. The KPB-2545 PRO comes standard with an 8 mm milling cutter and a 4/8 mm probe.
