FORWARD SHIPPING (over 30 kg)

For orders over 30 kg, we will choose the most cost-effective shipping method for you using a freight forwarder or rail express shipping in order to keep delivery costs as low as possible for you. We will inform you in advance about the costs involved and will ship the goods immediately after receipt of payment or availability.
* These specifications apply only to packages or products up to a size (length) of 175 cm or a maximum girth of 300 cm. Other shipments are classified as bulky goods due to transport restrictions! Payment methods
PayPal
You have the option of paying for your order via PayPal. Paypal enables free and secure processing via your bank account or credit card. After you have placed your order or paid, you will receive an automated order confirmation from us by email. The goods will be delivered to you immediately.
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
You can process and pay for your online order quickly and easily with your Visa or Mastercard credit card. Your transaction data is transmitted to our payment processor, SIX Payment Services (Austria), in encrypted and therefore secure form.
Klarna
With Klarna you can pay either with immediate transfer, on account or in installments. After completing the ordering process, you will be redirected to the Klarna payment page. You can pay there conveniently via your bank's online banking. “Sofort” is a certified payment system with verified data protection, which enables immediate delivery of the goods.
Prepayment
This payment method is particularly suitable if you are ordering from us for the first time and do not want to use any of the other payment options (Paypal, credit card, etc.). With the order confirmation you will receive our international bank details (IBAN) for the transfer. This means that the transfer is free of charge from the entire European Union! We will ship the goods to our bank account immediately after receipt of payment. (Please note that this method of payment results in a slightly longer delivery time as we have to wait for the bank receipt.) At a later date (applies to future orders) you can then order on account using your customer number.
Cash on delivery / cash payment (only possible for first-time orders from Austria):
If you're a first-time customer in Austria, you can choose to pay for goods in cash upon receipt (= cash on delivery). This means the courier will collect the invoice amount directly from you upon delivery. We will, of course, cover any associated cash on delivery costs. Please make sure you have the invoice amount ready in cash.
