The PRECISION 400 is the most compact machine among the EXMAC scroll saw models. Whether for do-it-yourselfers, model makers or professional craftsmen, the PRECISION 400 is suitable for every workshop. Thanks to the first-class and solid components, as well as the high-quality workmanship, you as the user achieve precise cutting results in wood materials, synthetic materials and non-ferrous metals.

The coordinated machine components such as the machine stand, machine head, extension arm, motor and control electronics ensure low-vibration operation and long-term enjoyment when producing workpieces.

The PRECISION models differ mainly in their projection and cutting depth.
A comparatively high weight ensures optimal stability, whether on an existing workbench or the optionally available machine substructure variants.

The saw blade can be changed in seconds and without tools (with wing screws or quick-release levers for blade tension). The extension arm can be swiveled upwards, making it particularly easy to insert the workpiece repeatedly for internal cuts and can be adjusted to the workpiece if necessary. The adjustable workpiece hold-down device helps to guide the workpiece securely on the saw blade.

The machine head can be swiveled to both sides (left up to 34 degrees, right even up to 45 degrees), so the support table always remains in a horizontal position, which makes machining workpieces (angle cuts) much more comfortable.

The integrated dust blower helps to transport the sawdust to the extraction opening. This allows a good extraction result to be achieved in conjunction with an (optional) extraction system.
