MAFELL carpentry chainsaw ZSX TWIN Ec

The carpentry chainsaw ZSX-TWIN Ec is the practical solution for large wooden components. MAFELL has created a new dimension with the development of the twin-motor chainsaw, with which previously almost impossible and time-consuming work can be carried out effortlessly and precisely. With a nominal output of 3000 watts, a CUprex motor already pushes the 230 V power network to its performance limits. Two CUprex motors at the same time would bring any simply secured lighting network to its knees. If you distribute the power across two circuits, the twin-engine ZSX gets the power it needs. The power grid offers us exactly this performance, as the phases are protected separately from each other and the network is therefore not overloaded.

Advantages and benefits:

• Thanks to the use of luminous flux technology, the ZSX TWIN weighs only 6.000 kg with 20 watts of nominal power. This enables longitudinal cuts up to a cutting depth of 400 mm!
• Corner cutouts are often necessary in timber construction and when cutting solid wood walls. The vertical cutting tool allows cutouts and overlays to be made quickly and precisely. Time-consuming turning of the wooden components is no longer necessary.
• The heart of the ZSX-TWIN Ec are the two 3.000-watt luminous flux motors. They are operated in parallel on two 230 V phases from the power grid
• The ZSX can be tilted from -15° to 60° exactly according to the scale
