New version HNC3 825 with powerful motors and absolute repeatability
The axes are driven by powerful 2,8 A NEMA 24 stepper motors, which are operated in 1/8 step mode. The ball screw installed on the X & Y axis (tolerance class T7, diameter 16 mm, pitch 10 mm) guarantees maximum precision and smooth running. A maximum travel speed of 7 m/min (116 mm/s) guarantees short process times.

Powerful, long-lasting 2,2 kW HF milling spindle
The powerful milling spindle with 2.200 watts of power enables sophisticated CNC machining freedom and professional results with the highest precision.

Commissioning
The Hammer HNC is delivered fully assembled, lubricated and run-in. After unpacking and connecting to the power supply and the control computer, you can start working straight away. Assembly and adjustment work is completely eliminated.

T-slot machine table
The workpieces and numerous accessories can be attached to the stable T-slot machine table with M8 groove (17,5 x 7,5 mm) in no time at all. With a variety of clamping devices from the Hammer range and the possibility of using self-developed clamping methods, the aluminum table offers absolute flexibility.

43 mm EURO clamping neck
The clamping neck is prepared to accommodate milling motors and other accessories with a diameter of 43 mm and can be equipped with an optionally available extraction hood. A C13 and an M8 (0-10V) coupling are available for the electrical connection of tools.

Absolute repeatability
Powerful, resilient stepper motors ensure sufficient torque at any speed. The drive takes place via trapezoidal thread spindles and specially developed trapezoidal thread nuts. Absolute precision is guaranteed with ±0,05 mm repeatability and 0,1 mm backlash with every use.

High-precision linear guides
Two high-precision linear guides on each axis of the machine ensure high-quality results even for the most delicate work. Four guide carriages on the Z-axis, three on the Y-axis and two on each side of the X-axis are insensitive to contamination and absolutely maintenance-free.

Simultaneous operation of the axes
Both spindles on the X axis and those on the Z axis are driven by the motor using a toothed belt. The Y-axis spindle is connected directly to the motor and is protected from contamination by a protective plate. A wrap angle of 180° on the gears and adjustable belt tension guarantee a drive without slip.

Open interface
The HNC is controlled either via the integrated, intuitive software or with any software of your choice. The user-friendly interface of the included control software can be operated entirely via touchscreen.

Height-adjustable extraction hood
The height-adjustable extraction hood with 32 mm extraction connection ensures a clean working area. The brush ring is attached to the hood with magnets and can be easily removed when changing tools.
